The Mixed Berry Pre-Workout has become an everyday staple of my daily workout! The mixture is so smooth! It is actually one of the best pre workouts I have tried for mixing with other supplements(ie: creatine, dextrose). The smoothness of the mixture makes everything easier to drink at once, and I don't have to worry about chugging it all at once because it tastes SOO GOOD! The Mixed Berry Flavor is one I honestly don't think I can get sick of!
